I am currently a senior software engineer at Rune Labs. I work on the platform team, making neural implant and health data accessible for patients, clinicians, and researchers working to understand Parkinsons disease.
Before that, I spent almost seven years working on various parts of healthcare.gov and medicare.gov as a staff software engineer at Ad Hoc. I was a a team lead working on security and APIs that made it easier for people to sign up, enroll in health insurance, and find navigators who could advise them on the ACA exchanges.
Before that, I was a data scientist for a couple of years in the federal government, working on NLP apps and time series forecasting.
I studied Math and English lit at Swarthmore College.
I live in Takoma Park with my wife, daughter, and two dogs.
